Log in and open the "Referrals" tab in your dashboard (contractor, seller and painter dashboards each have one). Your personal link is shown there, ready to copy or share directly to WhatsApp — there's nothing to request or set up separately.
What counts as a successful referral?
Someone uses your link, then completes and pays for a qualifying order — a paint purchase or a booked painting job. Clicks and registrations show in your dashboard immediately; the commission itself is recorded once that order's payment is confirmed.
How are referral commission rates calculated?
Commission percentages are set dynamically by Yubla administration and vary by product range (e.g. Tuff Tex Wallcoat exterior vs Supermatt Emulsion) and order size.
Does registration put a painter in the public database immediately?
Registration creates the account, referral code and private dashboard immediately. Yubla verifies professional details before activating a painter or contractor in the public database and nearby job matching.
When do rewards appear?
Purchase and referral rewards are added only after a qualifying payment is confirmed. Cancelled or refunded transactions do not create spendable earnings.
