Yubla Paints Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your paint purchase from our architectural paint catalogue (including products like Supermatt Emulsion 20L). Factory-sealed standard stock tins in their original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery under our Terms of Service:

• Items must be accompanied by the original Yubla order invoice or customer account receipt.
• Return shipping or courier drop-off to our Nairobi depot or regional hub is managed according to our Delivery Policy across all service locations.
• A standard 5% warehouse re-stocking fee may apply to high-volume commercial returns.

Custom Computerized Tinting: Paint mixed to a specific colour swatch from our digital house visualizer is manufactured specifically to customer order specifications. As such, custom-tinted paint tins cannot be returned or refunded once tinting has commenced, unless a manufacturing defect or shade mismatch against the official Yubla colour code is verified.

Please inspect paint tins immediately upon delivery. If a tin arrives dented, leaking, or damaged during transit, notify the delivery driver and contact our support team within 24 hours for an immediate replacement.

Service deposits paid for professional painting services and wall repairs with verified contractors are held securely in escrow. Decorators who become a contractor and participate in our referral program adhere to published milestone schedules. Consult our FAQ or Learning Centre for additional details.
